Can you describe the culture at Stanley? What is your favorite part?

The people are my favorite part! While we work in a very fast paced environment, everyone is supportive of one another and we are all working towards a common goal of continuing to build and foster this great brand.
  
What do you value the most about working at Stanley?

The passion of our teammates! Working together is energizing, fun and contagious! Stanley fosters an environment of collaboration, different perspectives and idea sharing. It is empowering to work with a team that wants to see each other, and the brand, succeed.
 
What are you most excited about in your job?

Seeing Stanley come to life with our partners and the opportunity to engage with customers and consumers to tell our story! There is so much that goes into the product that is seen in market. It is rewarding to work with our cross-functional teams from Product, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Consumer Experience, Supply and Demand and Customer Service (to name just a few!) at different steps in the process and ultimately, seeing the teams’ collaborative work come to fruition is fulfilling.

What is some advice you would give to someone who is just joining Stanley?

Dive right in, absorb everything you can, share your perspective and give yourself the grace to learn as you go! We are moving at a fast pace as we continue to evolve with the growth of the business and with that comes the opportunity for teammates just joining Stanley to have an immediate impact through sharing their perspective and ideas! 

Tell us how you’re able to be a creator, builder, or inventor in your role?

We are given the autonomy in our roles to create, innovate and build on a daily basis. This could be through creating a new process, developing strategy around how a product can come to life or how we can activate against it. I feel empowered to take an idea and partner with teammates to build it out.
 
What’s your favorite Stanley product? Why?

IceFlow™ Fast Flow bottle! It is a great versatile bottle that I use for travel, workouts, at home, etc. I love how light weight it is, and the robust handle with the integrated cap holder makes it easy to carry and drink on the go.
